SUMMARY:Building America’s Future – Veterans\, Infrastructure\, and the Next Mission
DESCRIPTION:Evening forum uniting veterans and civic leaders to link military skills with infrastructure careers\, exhibitors\, to rebuild America\n\n\nThe Union League Club of Chicago\, Military and Veterans Affairs Subcommittee\, and Union League American Legion Post 758 \npresent \n \nBuilding America’s Future – Veterans\, Infrastructure\, and the Next Mission \n \nMonday\, March 2\, 2026 \n5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. \n \nUnion League Club of Chicago \n65 West Jackson Boulevard \nChicago\, Illinois \n \nFor more than a century\, the Union League Club of Chicago has convened leaders at moments when the nation demanded both resolve and imagination. Building America’s Future: Veterans\, Infrastructure\, and the Next Mission carries that tradition forward\, bringing together veterans\, business leaders\, nonprofits\, and civic partners to confront one of the defining challenges of our time: rebuilding the nation’s infrastructure while unlocking the full potential of those who once defended it. \n \nThis engaging evening program assembles a distinguished panel of leaders from construction\, engineering\, manufacturing\, logistics\, and veteran-focused organizations\, guided by moderator Erik Cempel\, for a focused conversation on how military experience translates into civilian leadership\, workforce readiness\, and national renewal. The panel is set. The mission is clear. \n \nGuests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres\, a signature and cash bar\, and the opportunity to engage directly with 13–15 carefully selected exhibitors showcasing veteran talent\, nonprofit services\, and pathways from service to industry. The setting is purposeful\, the conversation candid\, and the outcomes tangible. \n \nThis is not merely a discussion. It is a convening of consequence—an investment in people who understand duty\, execution\, and results\, and who now stand ready to help build the next chapter of American security and prosperity. \n \nJoin us for an evening that affirms a simple truth: those who safeguarded the nation’s freedom are uniquely prepared to help construct its future—project by project\, career by career\, mission by mission. \n \nCost: $25 per person | Attire: Smart Casual \nSpace is limited. Advance registration is required.
